My Knee -_-
So sadly, things just aren't going well with my knee. This all started three weeks ago. I hurt my knee in the shower. I went to the doctor and they said I basically pulled my knee and told me to do at-home physical therapy. That was fine. I did the leg work outs and fortunately, my knee started feeling better.
So now, there's this new thing going on where there's this sharp pain in my knee off and on. It's to the point where it hurts to put weight on it. That creates a major problem for my dancing. If it hurts to put weight on it, then I can't dance right.*sighs*Seriously, when will this end? I mean, bad knees run in my family but I didn't want this to happen yet -_- What am I gonna do?
